I sem to be angry and grumpy a lot to. My mum says I have not been myself all week. It got worse at the weeked. Does anyone else get this?

Yes, I've gotten those, and anxiety may very well be the cause. Are you on any meds for it? Make sure you are being med compliant, if you are. If your finances allow, get a massage. Those help. If you can't afford a professional LMT, but know a friend who is good at that kind of thing, even an amature massage can help. Spend some time in a shower or bath, heat can help. Basically, spend some time in a place where you can relax a bit, if that's possible.

well, it's not perfectly fine, but, see what you can throw out of your life, see what is important and maybe even restock it so you can be happy again. reevaluate your values and look at yourself in a more positive life, have some self-eesteem too.

to post 1, i understand what you mean. i suffer from anxiety too and i also get headaches and other stuff. I started taking medication for it a couple of months ago and it has really helped. You might want to ask your doctor about possible medications that are used to treat anxiety.
